Waste Flow Analyses
Ever wonder what happens to your garbage once it leaves your curb?
Each year, the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District tracks the movement or “flow” of nearly two million tons of solid waste from the point of generation to the point of disposal. This information is published in an annual Waste Flow Analysis that depicts the solid waste management “infrastructure” in Cuyahoga County from who collects the waste from the curb to how it moves through transfer facilities then to landfills throughout Ohio.
